More than classic, this pump made of rich brown, high-quality leather. Leather that is partly vegetable tanned and therefore supple. The folded seam of the lining is high-quality and refined, just like the heel, which is seamlessly formed from the leather of the shoe. A one-piece sculpture. An elegant shoe for the lady who stylishly chooses her own path (with a touch of rock-‘n-roll in her step).
The shoe is versatile and timeless and will therefore be worn a lot. Quality and comfort are essential. To perfect the fit, a copy of her foot was made from which the last was formed by hand. This foam last is 3D scanned and then milled from wood. The wooden last on which the shoe is built.
The result is a pump that offers an unparalleled combination of elegance and wearing comfort, far beyond the reach of ready-to-wear shoes.
Specifications
Classic brown leather pumps with a 6 cm heel. The lining is vegetable tanned and the overleather is partly vegetable tanned. Special is the folded tension seam of the lining and the heel, which is molded in one piece with the shoe.

As a child growing up in England, I was always given Clarks shoes to support the healthy development of my feet. This continued when I attended convent grammar school, where wearing both indoor and outdoor shoes was compulsory. However, by the time I turned 16 in the 1970s, fashion took over. I embraced high heels and platform soles, only to realize over time how uncomfortable and impractical many shoes could be.
Now, for the first time ever with 'Brown Sugar', I have custom-made leather shoes that fit perfectly, are stylish, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. An experimental method using artificial plaster was used to create a 3D image of my foot, ensuring that the wooden last was a perfect match. The result is truly remarkable: the heel flows seamlessly from the body of the shoe, making it feel like a single, sculpted piece—an actual work of art.
The upper leather is cut from a single piece, covering not only the shoe but also the heel, and is invisibly attached to the soft, vegetable-tanned leather lining, which enhances comfort and prevents odours. Every detail in the craftsmanship reflects precision and excellence.
